AlloMap® Sample Preparation Training
A few simple steps are required to prepare samples to submit to the XDx Reference Laboratory for AlloMap molecular expression testing. These steps include:
- Centrifuging the sample
- Re-suspending the white blood (mononuclear) cells in the plasma
- Pelleting the cells
- Lysing the cells to release and stabilize the mononuclear cell RNA
XDx provides everything you need and appropriate training to consistently prepare reliable samples for AlloMap testing.
